Vic Zhou (Zai Zai) challenges a split personality role. In his new drama “God Mars” he portrays a racecar person with 2 different personalities. For this reason, he has watched his health, learned to ride heavy modeled cars, and also frequently watched movies to speculate his acting skills. He has been seen previously by Apple Daily going to see a physiologist. Da S, who will be acting with him in “God Mars,” has been suffering cyclothymia, which has caused her some complications. This time, portraying a difficult role, would he be afraid of sinking too into the drama and not being able to come back out? He replied. “I really wanted to enter the drama and not come back out!”

After “Meteor Garden” Zai Zai and Da S will be working together once again. In “God Mars” they are a couple of miserable lives. In the manga, the male character sees his twin brother commit suicide, which led him to have a split personality. And the female’s stepfather abuses her. The story is rather depressing.

Many drama seniors such as Leslie Cheung, Tony Leung and others have been too into their roles and were unable to draw away from their roles. Zai Zai said, “Even such a great actor as Tony Leung wasn’t able to avoid this kind of complication, of coarse it’ll be impossible for me to refrain from. However, at the present stage, I instead really want to experience this type of ‘into the drama’ feel because this means that I portrayed the role very well.”

Leehom gives guitar
Zai Zai’s happily celebrated for having sold 500,000 albums in the entire Asia. His good friends, Jerry Yan, Ken Zhu, Vanness Wu and Vivian Hsu all gave him flower baskets. His buddy Leehom, who is in China shooting an advertisement, knew that he was learning how to play the guitar with Xue Zhong Ming so he especially asked someone to help him give Zai Zai a guitar. Zai Zai happily said, “Males are really sought-after when they pluck the guitar. Even a simple song like ‘Xiao Mi Feng’ (Little Bee), when females hear it they would feel diao3!” (…um yeah…I’ve had mixed results from dictionaries…and I highly doubt that it’s any of them…at least I hope not^.^;;;;; so the pin yin will do) But with his current level, not just “Xiao Mi Feng” even basic DoReMi will also not.

Leehom also congratulated Zai Zai via phone. The two’s conversation was niu tou bu dui ma zui (directly translated as an ox’s head not matching a horse’s mouth) Leehom said that he had to gain weight for his ad. Zai Zai replied, “Don’t need to gain, I’ll give you a bit of my meat.” Leehom said, “First learning posture is very important for the guitar, because if he can hold it good, reporters can take good photos.” Zai Zai replied, “Right now at the scene many people are holding your “Unimaginable” album wanting you to sign it!” Back and forth it’s entirely not building on the content in the first place, making people scratching their heads in confusion. Afterwards Zai Zai laughed, “I’m a wu li tou (not really sure what this is in English…maybe something like an airhead or not… =P) loves to say cold jokes ma!”

Really wants to fall in love
After entering this career for 3 years, Zai Zai really wants to fall in love. But he doesn’t have the time, doesn’t have a girlfriend, everyone questions whether or not he’ll even have any private time to rest? He answered, “Everyday I work until night, you can’t tell me to go out on the streets at midnight to seek a love interest ba!”
